This is the place to view and add tasks which need to be done for mukt.in 2010. Please take up any task you feel you can do and update the task below with your name and mobile number if possible.
The people who have taken any task please have a section on this page itself for that task and your daily progress / update if any in that section. Keep your things in separate categories, if you cant find it here then just make it. Just throw in whatever you feel like but in respective categories only.

Infrastructure / Venue
1. RepoSetup:We need to make sure that we have a central software repository for fedora / ubuntu softwares. All the lab machines should be configured such that participants can pull the software from the server via yum / apt-get. This will be really helpful while having workshop with hands-on. If the instructor wants the participant to install any software available in the distro they can easily tell the participant on how to do that using yum / apt-get. discuss it on RepoSetup page
2. A page should be made with all the network details like wirless access point SSID, WEP-WPA2 keys which can be readily given to speakers and core team guys to get internet connectivity during the event.
3. IT Response Team:Need a team with good experience in Linux, for troubleshooting network issues,hardware or software glitches on the spot. Their job is to help speakers and participants with IT issues, so all talks and sessions can function smoothly. If interested, List your name here IT_Team_Members
Marketing / Media
1. We need a poster design team. The poster should be having a feel of rajasthan and mukt.in concept.
Currently unknown_had aka himanshu is working on this along with his friend jai.It seems sanchit is also helping according to his message
2. We need to approach one media partner for the event. The coverage in newspaper and news channel should be done after the event.
Team Work
1. All core volunteer team members and team leads should make sure that they attend IRC meeting regularly as and when any meeting is announced. If possible please also tell us about conference call, we will arrange the same. We all should be on same page
2. We need a team who will take care of logistics , like power supply , extension cords etc.
3. One team should which will be there to welcome the speakers and special guests in rajasthani style. Safa , tilak, mauli etc these needs to be there.
Design & Logos
1. Design Goodies for the event:We need Mukt.in branded goodies for distribution and promation lik stickers, notepad, pen , badges etc.
2) Revamp Website: current Website Sucks!, need to improve it. Who is up for task.
3) Posters & banners: Seriously, Where are they? Please update their status here.

3) Screen Size: the website does not scale well on
Google Chrome browser. there is lot of screen real estate wasted. even the

5) CFP page still how "Registration" Link even if the Speaker is logged in.
6) please feel to add more points here: so we can make the website better.

Certificates
We need to distribute certificates to Volunteers, Delegates(maybe) & Sponsers(Maybe). Posting some samples shamelessly copy-pasted from the web. Please take some inspiration from these and design something which looks professional and authentic.
